Okay, let’s understand through an example. Suppose you have been attending regular CrossFit sessions for a month now and you are kind of fed up with the hard work. 

Your body is begging you for some rest. In that case, instead of skipping the gym altogether, you can try out something light, like doing some mobility work or going for 15 to 20 minutes of cage CrossFit.
